our process
We’ve designed a thoughtful, transparent process that allows us to create something truly bespoke for you:
1. ENQUIRE
Complete the form above with as much detail as you can. It helps us understand your vision and ensure we're the right fit.
2. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Once we've received your form we will be in touch to schedule a time to chat. This is where the magic begins!
3. QUOTE & INSPIRATION
After your consultation, we’ll create a tailored quote including an inspiration board and detailed, line-itemed pricing. This is your starting point, we’re more than happy to refine things as we go.
4. SECURE YOUR DATE
When you're ready to move ahead, simply confirm your quote via email. We’ll then send through your booking documents. Once your contract is signed and the 30% booking fee is received, your date is officially locked into our calendar!
5. PLANNING & FINAL TOUCHES
From there, you can breathe easy. We’ll manage the floral side of things and check in with you as needed. You’re welcome to reach out anytime if you need supplier recommendations or have questions. Around 8–10 weeks before your event, we’ll schedule a final planning call and send over our ‘On the Day Details’ form to fine-tune everything.
6. THE BIG DAY
We’ll be there behind the scenes, bringing your floral vision to life and placing every stem with care. All you need to do is soak it all in.

No minimum spend Within the WOLLONGONG region
$6,000.00 plus GST for Sydney Metro, North of the Shoalhaven River (Nowra, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Illaroo, Gerringong etc) & The Southern Highlands
$8,000.00 plus GST for The far South Coast (South of The Shoalhaven river –Bawley Point, Milton Etc) and The North Shore
$10,000.00 plus GST for Canberra, The Hunter Valley
$15,000.00 plus GST for Tamworth, Byron Bay & Tweed Regions
Events *Monday through to Saturday* (please reach out for sundays and public holidays)
